Shipping & Returns

All products are shipped by the carrier of your choice to your billing address or Delivery Address you selected. Note that if you select United States Postal Service, the order will be insured and a tracking number assigned. However we recommend UPS shipping as the order will include insurance and automatic tracking at no additional costs. There is no shipping fee on all USA/Domestic orders. When orders are backordered or there is a split shipment, there are no additional shipping charges. There is a $15.00 Shipping and Handling charge on International orders when shipped on the customer account. Note: the customer is totally responsible for the Customs Import Duties.

If your order shows up in a used box stuffed with recycled foam peanuts or paper, don't be offended. We recycle foam peanuts, bubble wrap, and boxes to reduce unnecessary waste. We hope you will do the same whenever possible.

Returned merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. All return merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number (RA No.) posted on the outside of the shipping container along with the same RA# inside the container.
